FARM ACTIVITIES AND CENTERS FOR YOUNG LEARNERS

The Farm is an exciting theme to learn and study in the pre-k and kindergarten classrooms. There are a lot of fun and engaging activities you can do to integrate this theme throughout all subjects, so your students can develop skills in all ten domains.

During the Farm theme, students learn the characteristics of a farm, about the animals that live on a farm, the responsibilities, and chores of a farmer and also where food comes from. This theme is really fun because young children seem to always be curious about farm animals, that's why they have the opportunity to engage in planned and purposeful play to learn while taking care of the farm.
