This Spanish alphabet linking chart is a great tool to teach and support young learners' knowledge of the letters (uppercase and lowercase) and the letter sounds.

Students use this resourceful tool as a visual to link the sounds in a word to the pictures and letters in the chart.

Students use the linking chart while learning the letter names and sounds while identifying the beginning sounds of words and during writing activities.

Students have full access to their own linking chart throughout the day in my classroom. We actually have different printed versions of it.

We have a poster size that we use during whole group instruction. Students have their own full-page copy and we use it during the alphabet review, and alphabet activities, they use a small size version of it that is in their color boxes and they use it during the writing block. I also send home the black and white version so students have access to it at all times.
